Shipping Policy

We don’t ship watercraft for rental. Jet skis are picked up at or delivered to designated launch locations per your booking. This page covers (A) rental delivery/pickup logistics and (B) merchandise shipping if you sell accessories or gift cards.

A) Rental delivery & pickup

  • Launch points: We’ll confirm the launch site and time in your booking email/SMS. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, safety briefing, and life-jacket fitting.

  • Mobile delivery (if offered): We can deliver to approved ramps/locations in Cape Coral/Fort Myers for a fee shown at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may shift for weather/tides.

  • ID & waiver: Bring a government ID matching the booking name. All riders sign waivers before departure.

  • Fuel: Units depart with adequate fuel for the booked time. You’re responsible for fuel consumed beyond standard allotments; refuel charges may apply.

B) Merchandise & gift cards

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Transit estimates (after dispatch): Standard 3–7 business days; Expedited 2–5 business days (estimates only).

  • Tracking: Emailed when a label is created; first carrier scan can take up to 48 hours.

  • Undeliverable parcels: If returned due to address issues, we’ll help reship; re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Damage/loss: Email support@allwaters.us within 7 days of marked (or expected) delivery with photos and your order #.
