Payment data: processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.
Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, and approximate location derived from IP.
Operational telemetry: when applicable, rental equipment may include GPS/telemetry for safety, theft prevention, and location-based recovery.
Cookies & similar tech: essential features (account/checkout/booking), analytics, fraud prevention, and—where permitted—personalization.
User content: reviews, photos, feedback you submit.

How we use information

Reservations & support: confirm bookings, coordinate check-in/launch sites, send updates, process changes or incident reports.
