Refund Policy

This policy covers rental bookings and shipped merchandise (if applicable).

A) Rentals — cancellations, weather, no-shows

  • Free changes/refund window: Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your start time for a full refund, less a 5% payment-processing offset (our non-recoverable processor fees).

  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund or one free reschedule within 30 days (subject to availability).

  • Under 24 hours / no-show / late arrival: Non-refundable. We’ll try to accommodate same-day adjustments if staffing/slots allow, but we’re not obligated to extend time or issue credits.

  • Unsafe weather (our call): If staff determine conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning/small-craft warning), you choose reschedule or full refund. Cloud cover, brief showers, heat, or “not ideal” conditions don’t qualify on their own.

  • Early returns: No credit for unused time once the rental has begun.

B) Deposits, damages & cleaning

  • Security deposit: A hold may be placed before departure and released after inspection.

  • Damage/missing gear: Parts, labor, and downtime (if applicable) are chargeable.

  • Excess cleaning: Sand, spills, or debris requiring extra time may incur a cleaning fee listed in your agreement.

C) Merchandise (accessories, apparel, gift cards)

  • Return window: Unused, re-sellable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with original packaging and all tags.

  • Non-returnable: Used/opened safety gear, installed parts, custom items, and digital gift cards (final sale), unless defective on arrival.

  • Return shipping: Customer pays for change-of-mind returns; we cover reasonable costs for DOA/our error once verified.

  • How to start: Email support@allwaters.us with your order #, item(s), and reason. We’ll provide an RMA and the correct return address. Don’t send items without authorization.

  • Refund timing: After receipt and inspection (5–7 business days), approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank typically posts within 3–7 business days.
